5 Things Great Leaders Never Do

You can create more trust on your team if you take ownership for things that are “not your fault.” Saying things like, “I could have been more proactive in my communication. I will make sure to communicate better in the future,” will show other people around you that you are for them.

Your Source of Power

God is not asking us to live in denial about bad things. He just wants you to change your perspective of those bad things. To put it simply, "The way you see your problem is your problem."

Trusting People

I Corinthians 13 mentions that love "believes all things and hopes all things." Can we understand that only perfect people can keep from hurting us or misunderstanding us? When we believe in the goodness and love of someone's heart for us, it doesn't hurt as much when they fail us, say something wrong about us, or get mad at us.

Victorious Mindsets #30 – If I Perish, I Perish

It has been said that we haven't started living until we have something to die for. Even though we are to believe God for protection and victory, we still must "bottom line" our faith and say with Esther, "If I perish, I perish." It is a spuernatural mindset that propels us to take the necessary risks for change and breakthrough to occur.

Victorious Mindsets #16 – I Love Life

One main way to grow in loving life is to focus on working with God instead of for God. This persepctive will help us be child-like, which will enable us to see life as full of possiblities, adventure and opportunities (because we are friends with a good and big God).
