Christ is not a perfectionist! I was surprised to learn this over the prior years of my Christian walk! He does love perfection. But thankfully, instead of demanding it out of us, He works it into us through grafting our nature together into His perfect nature.

Our minds have been trained to view life from the perspective of our past and as mere mortals. It is up to us to train our brains to see life from the perspective of the Spirit and view ourselves as resurrected beings.
People do not care what you know until they know that you care. It is ok to want results, but do not allow your love for results to become greater than your love for people. Seek heart connection. Get to know the people you are leading. Let them know that you are thankful for them.
