Many come to Bethel for the miracles or revival atmosphere, but what they often find is a culture (core values, priorities, and mindsets). 

Christ is not a perfectionist! I was surprised to learn this over the prior years of my Christian walk! He does love perfection. But thankfully, instead of demanding it out of us, He works it into us through grafting our nature together into His perfect nature.

I always saw God as a mean, overpowering God and never as a Father. Many have that same image of God. Then my daughter was born! I would do anything for her. I lover her more than anything else and yet I could not understand how I would do anything for her.

Jesus was moved by His love for humanity in such a way that serving the needs of others was His natural response. 

Our minds have been trained to view life from the perspective of our past and as mere mortals. It is up to us to train our brains to see life from the perspective of the Spirit and view ourselves as resurrected beings.

People do not care what you know until they know that you care. It is ok to want results, but do not allow your love for results to become greater than your love for people. Seek heart connection. Get to know the people you are leading. Let them know that you are thankful for them.
